A veszprémi káptalan előtt Fyzes-i Dénes fia, János, fiai: Mihály és Sebestyén átengedik nővérüknek, Margitnak, Mihály fia, Miklós feleségének a Veszprém megyei Hysay nevű földet, amelyet még apjuk halála előtt Margitnak ígért, de halála bekövetkezte miatt ígéretét már nem tudta teljesíteni.
