A csázmai káptalan előtt Chanouch-i Márton fia Péter a Razyna folyón levő malma felét atyafiságos szeretetből Chanouch-i Imre fia Dénesnek engedi át olyan kikötéssel, hogy Dénes az ugyanazon a folyón feljebb levő malmát ne alakítsa át a malom kárára, s malomrészét mindegyik fél csak a másiknak idegenítheti el.
