A csázmai káptalan előtt István fia Miklós egyfelől, Miklós fia István, Lőrinc fia Miklós, Mihály fia Benedek másfelől olyan egyezségre jutottak, hogy az összes kártételek és jogsérelmek tekintetében kölcsönösen eleget tesznek, s Lokaua-ban levő (?) birtokrészeiket az oklevélben leírt módon elhatárolják.
