Budae. f. quinta p. Petri et Pauli. II. Lajos király meghagyja a fehérvári keresztes konventnek, küldje ki hites emberét, hogy annak jelenlétében a királyi ember Batthyán-i Ferencet és Batthyan-i Boldizsár fiát: Kristófot királyi adomány címén bevezesse a Vas megyei Németh Ujvár vár és név szerint felsorolt Vas megyei tartozékaiban levő királyi jog birtokába.
