Buda. II. p. Circumcis. D. II. Lajos király Batthyány Boldizsár panaszára meghagyja a bácsi vikáriusnak, hogy a Boldizsár, másfelől Kapythanffy Vid, között támadt perben, aki Kooz László Mogkor-i várnagyot, Kwrsych Mártont, Gywlych Tamás Moghor-i jobbágyokat perbe vonta a vikárius előtt, tegye át a dalmát, horvát és szlavón bán elé.
