Buda. S. p. Apolonie virg. II. Lajos király Batthyány Boldizsár, mint alperes kérésére meghagyja a bácsi vikáriusnak, hogy a Boldizsár és Desnycze-i Kapythan Vid, mint felperes között indult pert tegye át a szlavón bán elé, s ha kiderül, hogy a per az egyház elé tartozik, akkor újból a vikárius elé.
