Buda. Petri ap. de Cathedra. II. Lajos király a néhai Ujlaki Lőrinc herceg Nemethwywar nevű várát még a herceg életében Batthyány Ferenc királyi pohárnokmesternek adományozta s egyben megígértette vele, hogy ha bárki a várra jogát bizonyítani tudná, a várat át kell adnia. Most ezt tekintetbe véve Batthyány Ferenc szolgálatait elengedi, s hozzájárul, hogy a várat elcserélhesse, eladhassa, elzálogosíthassa, de csak magyarországi alattvalójának. II.
