A győri káptalan előtt Geyzul (dictus) Miklós fia Nykus soproni polgár felesége, Miklós esztergomi érsek nővére, Anna négy Vas megyei birtokot, Waswereuzek, Ledeesfalua, Wereswarfeulde és Zygeth birtokokat, amelyeket az érsektől férjhezmenetele idején kapott, 5000 arany forintért eladja Lajos király cseh familiárisának, Hrutk mesternek.
