X. Kal. Junii. I. Lajos király Hrucko cseh királyi udvari familiáris kérésére és bemutatásában átírja a győri káptalan 1368. április 14-én kelt oklevelét és az abban foglalt eladáshoz hozzájárulását adja új adomány jogcímén megerősíti Hruckot Waswereuzek, Ledesfalua, Weruswarfeulde, Zygeth birtokokban. Eredeti, hártya, alul függő pecsétre utaló bevágások. Méltóságsor.
