Kassa in vig. Symonis et Jude. I. Lajos király meghagyja a vasvári káptalannak, hogy küldje ki hiteles emberét, akinek a jelenlétében a kijelölt királyi emberek egyike iktassa be Eldurboh fia Vilmos királyi udvari vitézt és fivéreit, Polkhardus pozsonyi prépostot, Jánost, Frigyest és Pertoldot a Vas megyei Monyeroberek, Colon, Zentpeturfalua, Karachynfalua, Belyd, Tothfalu, Hassas birtokokba új adomány jogcímén. Átírva I. Lajos király 1369. december 13-án kelt oklevelében.
