A budai káptalan előtt Vgal-i Miklós mester fia Vilmos mester budai éneklőkanonok tudtul adja, hogy mivel bizonyos javakat és költségeket birtokjogai megszerzéséhez Erzsébet nővére segítségével biztosított, testvéri szeretetből és viszonzásképpen minden vétel- és zálogjogon őt illető birtokot és birtokrészt Fejér, Somogy, Tolna és Veszprém megyékben átenged neki.
