in Wyssegrad. in purif. Lajos király Mezeulak-i László fiai: István és Miklós, királynéi apródok kérésére az anyakirályné közbenjárására nekik adja az utódok nélkül elhalt Krufa fia Imre bárhol található birtokait, főleg a Körös megyei Lubenouch nevű birtokát. Emlékezete szerint már adott nekik adományt az Wzura-ban elveszett pecsétje alatt. Eredeti, hártyán, hátlapján pecsét nyoma.
