Buda. 2. d. Philippi et Jacobi ap. I. Lajos király előtt Miklós deák, Lajos király anyjának egykori dispensatora Vkurwar nevű telkét Vissegrad városban János esztergomi érsek és Zeech-i Miklós horvát bán házai szomszédságában összes hasznaival, fa és kő épületeivel együtt a nevezett Miklós bánnak adja el 10 arany forintért és 10 budai veretű dénármárkáért.
