A vasvári káptalan előtt Marauch-i Lőrinc felesége Margit és Rusinth, Pál fia Miklós özvegye, az óbudai Szűz Mária kolostor ... nevében, akik Ouar-i Boython fia Rouaz lányai, nyugtatja János fia Lőrinc és Donch fia Miklós mesterek Ouar-i nemeseket a Rouaz fia György halálával kezükre szállt Ovar, Cheem, Chatar, Pezen, Cheyke, Zaruaskend, Totfalu birtokok után kifizetett 45 dénármárka hitbér és jegyajándék tekintetében.
