3. d. oct. predict. A vasvári káptalan előtt Zeplaak-i Mihály fia László a maga és Zanthow-i Bothka fia Péter nevében egyfelől. Ouar-i Donch fia Miklós másfelől Jakab apostol nyolcadán megjelenve bemutatták okleveleiket, így IV. László király oklevelét Cheke birtok tárgyában, a vasvári és győri káptalan okleveleit hitbér és leánynegyed tárgyában, majd a felek által válaszott 8 arbiter Cheke birtokról döntést hozott, amelyet Miklós nem fogadott el, ezért a királyi oklevélben foglaltak szerint elmarasztalták.
