A csázmai káptalan előtt Rauen-i János fia András fiai: Máté és Lőrinc Bertalan fia Miklós lányait, Marat, Kanat és Margondot és fiaikat, valamint Bertalan fia Miklós lánya, Wrana fiát, Mathuselemet, s Bertalan fia Miklós lánya Mychaard fiát, Istvánt rokonság jogcímén elismerik a Bertalan fia Miklósról rájuk szállt birtokokban.
