Buda. Joh. ev. a. port. Lat. II. Lajos király a somogyi konventnak. Mivel a Batthyany Ferenc alperes és Mykola-i Gergely deák felperes között Báthori István nádor és királyi helytartó előtt indult perben új ítélet hozatalát rendelte el és Mykola-i Gergelyt is megidéztette, megparancsolja a somogyi konventnek, hogy ne adja ki oklevelét az eskütételről, amelyet Batthyány Ferencnek harmadmagával a király Csehországból Magyarországba való hazatérése 15. napján kellett volna letennie.
