Zápolyai János tudatja Torna vára tartozékaiban élő népeivel, hogy Torna oppidum (Torna m) az elmúlt napokban teljesen leégett, meghagyja egyben nekik, hogy Hymffy Imre Torna vár várnagya információja szerint mindazoknak a polgároknak és jobbágyoknak, akik a megégett helyeken új házakat akarnak építeni, az építőfa odaszállításában legyenek segítségére. – Papír, egyik hajtásnál kissé rongált. – Szöveg alatt papírfelzetes piros viaszú ép rány.p. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
