Amikor Hem fiának Pálnak fiait: Benedek és Péter mestereket a Veszprém megyei Kysmiske possessióba királyi új adomány címén be akarták vezetni, annak Konta Gergely ellentmondott, azt állítván, hogy generációs rokonság révén ez a magtalanul elhalt Miklós fia János birtoka őt illeti; az országbíró az állítására vonatkozólag elrendeli az attestációt.
