A csázmai káptalan tanusítja, hogy Jan zagorjei ispán és Lak-i Thwz János szlavón bánok 1468. febr. 7-én kelt parancslevele értelmében /Milethincz-i/ Lukács báni ember György Stubicza-i pap csázmai karbeli prebendarius hiteles ember jelenlétében beiktatta Thwrocz-i Györgyöt és anyját: Annát Lywdbreg-i Chwz bán fia Miklós fia István Lywdbreg-i birtokrészeibe, valamint Lywdbreg birtok és tartozékai másik felébe. a beiktatásról pedig a szlavón bánoknak máj. 2-ára jelentést tett. Hártya. Felső részén foltok. Rózsaszin-kék-fekete pecsétzsinór. CSÁZMAI KÁPTALAN
