Visegrád, 24. d. termini prenotati. Bebek István országbíró felkéri a zalai konventet, hogy Kald-i Imre fia Imre mestert vezesse be a Vas megyei Banafeulde birtokba, amelyet Imre Szent György nyolcadán Kálmán győri püspöktől perben elnyert. Senkinek az ellentmondására ne legyenek tekintettel, mivel a hosszú per során senki nem mondott ellen. A konvent jelentését július 1-re kéri. Átírva Bebek István országbíró 1360. július 13. után kelt oklevelében.
