A vasvári káptalan előtt Molnar-i Lőrinc fia János, Chakan-i Farkas fia Miklós – az utóbbi a maga és fivére, András nevében – tanúsítják, hogy Katalin, János nővére, Chakan-i Fyntha néhai felesége hitbér jogait illetően úgy egyeztek meg, hogy Farkas fiai 3 dénártalentumot fizetnek Jánosnak – 6 penzával számítva – a vasvári káptalan előtt két részletben (május 29. ill. július 1.).
