A vasvári káptalan tanúsítja, hogy Chakan-i Farkas fiai: Miklós és András július 1-jén kellett lefizessék a 3 talentum felét Molnar-i Lőrinc fia Jánosnak ennek nővére Katalin, Chakan-i Fyntha néhai felesége hitbér járadóságaként; az említett időpontban Miklós a maga és fivére András nevében a hitbér járadóságra vonatkozó nyugtatványt mutatott be és kijelentette, hogy a fizetést azzal akarja teljesíteni.
