A vasvári káptalan jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy Koltha-i János fia Gergely királyi ember dec. 28-án megidézte Bayth Mihályt, ennek fiait: Pétert és Pált, Chakan-i Györgyöt és feleségét, Horo-i Imrét és feleségét Vízkereszt nyolcadára (Chakan-i) Balázs és János ellen.
