Perényi Péter országbíró megbírságolja Chakan-i Baycz Mihályt és fiát: Pétert és Pált, Chakan-i Györgyöt és feleségét: Erzsébetet, Horo-i Imrét és feleségét: Zsuzsannát, mivel perbeli ellenfeleik: Chakan-i Balázs és János prókátora, Sork-i János deák Jakab apostol ünnepének nyolcadától kezdve 37 napig várták őket az országbíró előtt, de nem jelentek meg.
