A csázmai káptalan előtt Ludbregh-i Miklós fia János fia György kötelezi magát, hogy a Ludbregh-i Miklós fia István által Rohoncz-i Herricus fia András mesternek elzálogosított Ludbregh, Gywrghoucz, Galambuk és Zigheth Körös megyei birtokon, Zwinusa és Bisthricze Varasd és Zágráb megyei birtokokon levő részeket ő vagy örökösei a zálogösszegen és egyszerre kiváltják, ha erre kerül a sor.
