Tyburcii et VAlleriani mart. Mátyás király tekintetbe véve Kropach Miklós érdemeit, így Morva- és Csehországban az eretnek csehek, továbbá a lengyelek elleni hadjáratban való részvételét 10000 arany forintért elzálogosítja neki a Nyitra megyei Berench várat, Senycze mezővárost az ottani harmincaddal és vámmal, Zobothysche, Czastkowa, Chropow, Kowalowcze, Zmrdaky, Ribky, Kynow, Myzawka, Werbowcze, Rohow Nyitra megyei birtokokat.
