Buda. III. p. Nicolai conf. I. Lajos király előtt Csanád, esztergomi érsek visszabocsátja Roaz dictus István mesternek a Komárom megyei Kezew birtokot, amelyet István mester jóváhagyásával Lőrinc fia Miklós mester, királyi pohárnokmester zálogosított el 40 forintért. A záloglevél nincs most Csanádnál, de érvénytelennek nyilvánítja. Eredeti, hártya, a hátoldalon rányomott nagypecsét nyoma.
