Buda. S. p. Epiph. D. Czoborzenthmyhal-i Czobor Gáspár elismeri, hogy saját, továbbá fivére, János, nővére, Anna szükségletére Buchan-i Korlathkewy Péter udvarmestertől és komáromi ispántól felvett 110 forintot, amelyet Invocavit vasárnap Branch várában kifizet és a jelen oklevelet kiváltja. Ha az összeget nem fizetné ki, a jelen oklevél erejével Péter elfoglalhatja a Nyitra megyei Lapossow birtokot. Eredeti, papír, szöveg alá nyomott papírfelzetes pecsét.
