Vig. Epiphan. A budai káptalan Pál országbírónak. A káptalan jelentése az országbíró 1340. december 14-i parancsa végrehajtásáról, illetve a kompoziíciós levelében szereplő Esztergom megyei Bozteh, Garmath, Scenthartunmania, a Pest megyei Sydoeghaz s Apateluke, a Fehér megyei Soruul és az Esztergom meyei Eghazaskapa, végül az Újvár megyei Heduege possessióknak, illetve részeiknek Salamon, Dénes és Lampert fiai részére történt statuciójáról, akik egyben az e birtokokat átadó Rozgonyi Pétert és Lászlót mind az átadást, mind pedig a fenti kompozíciós levelet illetően nyugtatják.
