Szepesi Jakab országbíró ítéletlevele, amelyben a Macha-i családhoz tartozó, egymással pereskedő tagok között az egyik félnek nemes eskütársakkal leteendő tisztító esküt ítél meg ártatlanságára vonatkozólag. (Csonka szöveg), eredeti, papír, csonka, a közepén van meg kb. egy harmada, ez is restaurált, nagyobb hiányok vannak benne.
