in Suran f. secunda p. exalt. S. Crucis. Nógrád megye bizonyítja, hogy Cheu-i Miklós fia András pert indított Macha-i Bekch fia István ellen, mert ez és Mihály nevű famulusa a panaszos famulusát nyíllal megsebesítették. Mivel az alperes tagadta bűnösségét, három nemes eskütárssal leteendő tisztító esküt ítéltek meg részére. Eredeti, papír, első 2 sorában 2-3 szónyi részen csonka, + XVIII. századi egyszerű másolat.
