Pálóci László országbíró meghagyja a váradi káptalannak, küldje ki hites emberét, hogy annak jelenlétében a királyi ember Beechk fiait: Lászlót, Pétert és Dénest a Szatmár megyei Domanhida possessió részeinek és a benne levő vámnak a birtokába zálogjogon bevezesse. – Restaurált, hajtásoknál és szakadásnál kisebb nagyobb hiányok, elmosódott írás.- Zárópecsét maradv.
