Vas vármegye hatósága: Thaskand-i Benedek fia: Balázs és Boczor-i László egyfelől, másfelől Thaskand-i Nagy (Magnus) Lőrinc fia: Nagh Benedek a Thaskand poss. határában fekvő 20 hold szántóföld 2 és fél falkastrumnyi kaszáló és a Zewlewsfewd nevű erdőbirtok, probi viri közbenjöttével létrejött, az oklevélben részletesen ismertetett megegyezést néhai Lőrinc fia: Benedek nem fogadta el.
