Nicolai) A budai káptalan előtt Kowachy Borbála asszony, leánya: Dorottya nevében is, consensus-át adja ahhoz, hogy Pilis megyei Felsewkowachy-beli valamennyi birtokrészébe királyi adomány címén beiktassák Pasthorowyth Jánost, Mátyás budai viceprovisort. Az utóbbi ui. Borbála asszonynak kegyelmet eszközölt ki a királynál s minden ingóságát visszaadta neki. Átírja a budai káptalan 1519. január 14-én. Nota infidelitatis, kegyelemkieszközlés.
