Mátyás király /Hungarie, Dalmatie, Croatie etc/ Berzewycze-i Szaniszló és István hadi érdemei fejében visszaadja nekik Berzewycze nevű várukat, melyet az elmult zavaros időkben a Felvidéket pusztító csehek és rablók elfoglaltak és most Rozgon-i Sebestyén kir. lovászmester királyi parancsra visszafoglalt, és meghagyja Rozgon-i Sebestyénnek, hogy a várkastélyt adja vissza Szaniszlónak és Istvánnak. Az oklevél jobb felső sarkában: Commissio propria domini regis. Eredeti, papíron, alján papírral fedett pecsét töredéke. MÁTYÁS 1 KIRÁLY
