A szepesi (de Scepus) káptalan előtt Brezewicze-i Poharnak István és Teodor fia Lénárt Hunczdorff, Magna Lumpnicza, Alsoerdewffalwa, Ffelseerdewfalwa, Byrbron, Hundertmark, Krumpach, ZentElsebeth, Dursteyn, Ffelzelaps a Donawicz-ben, Szepesmegyében (Scepusiensi) levő részbirtokaikat összes tartozékaikkal együtt zálogba adják Brezewicz-i Jánosnak, ”heredi de castro Donawicz” és Swnye-i Jánosnak 400 magyar aranyforintért oly feltétellel,hogy azt csak egy összegben lefizetendő saját pénzükön válthatják vissza, viszont a zálogbirtokosok nem adhatják azokat tovább másnak zálogba. – Hátlapján pecsét nyoma. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
