A szepesi (in Scepus) káptalan előtt Rykalff Zsigmond tiltakozik az ellen, hogy Komorow-i Péter liptói (Lyptowiensis) ispán az ő Nagwar és Wywar Lypto megyei várait tőle el akarja idegeníteni és Kott (dicti) Péter és Szaniszló lengyeleknek el akarja adni, akiket a megszerzéstől tilt el, a királyt pedig, hogy ehhez hozzájárulását adja és új adományt adjon rá. – Hátlapján pecsét nyomával.
