A Jazow-i konvent előtt Sempse-i János, az édestestvére: Vilmos nevében is a Tharkew-i Fogas /dictus/ Rykalffus Jánostól 125 magyar aranyforintért zálogba vett Saros megyei Hethas birtokon lévő birtokrészt a fenti összegben továbbadják zálogba Tharkew-i Rykalffy Zsigmond feleségének: Katalinnak mindaddig, míg az, akit a birtok jobban illet, ki nem váltja.
