Mátyás király /Hungarie, Dalmatie, Croatie etc/ Tharcza-i TAmás királyi aulicus érdemeiért neki adja újadományba a Saros megyei Tharkw vár, és tartozékai: Tharkw, Lwchka, Weresalma, Jacabfalwa, Tharcza, Kriba, Kernyo, Lwkwa, Nyres, Peztrecz és Petrecz birtokok, Zenthgywegh, Bochamezeye, Lybithynye és más puszták, továbbá a szepesmegyei /Sepusiensi/ Lwmpnycza, Honzdorf, Fewr, Senthkerezth, Erdewfalwa, Krompah és Bela birtokok harmadát, melyeket már ősei is bírtak, hozzá adva a királyi jogot.
