Mátyás király /Hungarie, Bohemie etc/ Tharcza-i Tamás érdemei fejében neki a hevesmegyei /Hewesiensis/ Kemlew birtokán minden Szent Mihálykor tartandó évi vásárjogot és minden szerdán tartandó hetivásárra jogot ad, biztosítva a kereskedőknek és vásárosoknak a szabad jövést-menést. – Az oklevél jobb felső sarkában: Commissio propria domini regis.
