A szepesi /Scepusiensis/ előtt káptalan Tharkew-i Rykalph János lánya Márta, Swap-i Antalné a Saros megyei Krywa és Lachno birtokokon lévő részeit, melyek őt Tharkw-i Herleh János özvegye: Erzsébet után hozomány és nászajándék fejében 100 forintban zálog címén illetik, a fenti 100 aranyforintban továbbadja zálogba Tharcza-i Tamásnak azzal, hogy azt tőle az, akit a birtokrész megilleti, bármikor kiválthatja.
