A váci (Wachiensis) káptalan jelenti Lajos királynak (Hungarie), hogy 1345. február 11-én Visegrádon kelt parancsára Theodorus királyi ember Benedek karpap, káptalani kiküldött jelenlétében Luchka és Herencher Sáros megyei (de Sarus) birtokokba bevezette Rykolphus mestert és fiát: Lászlót, Wernelwagasa birtok felébe pedig Lukácsot, fiait és Pál fiait. Datum quarta feria proxima, videlicet in die medii quadragesime anno Domini supradicto (M-mo CCC-mo XLmo quinto).
