Lapispathak-i Miklós azt a Berzewicze-i néhai Lénárt által Peczolt Tamás közrendűnek 6 /kijavitva 2/ aranyforintért elzálogosított Berzewicze-i két pusztatelket, melyet Balasowsky /fölébe irva: Waytousky/ és Jongharowsky laktak, zálogban hagyja Beczolt-nál oly feltétellel, hogy a telkek után Szent Mártonkor tartozik censust és dázmát adni.
