Ulászló király (Hungarie et Bohemie etc.) meghagyja Maryas-i Istvánnak, Zwynye-i Máténak, Berthold-i Szaniszlónak, Kaposthasfalwa-i Gewbel Gergelynek és Thomor-i Istvánnak, jogy a Tharcza-i Tamás gyermekei: Miklós, valamint Katalin, Warkoch-i Kristófné között atyjuk végrendelete ügyében hozott békebírói ítéletüket vallják be a szepesi (Scepusiensis) káptalan előtt, amely arról állítson ki oklevelet. – Az oklevél jobb sarkában: De commissio domini regis – Papír – Alján pecsét töredéke – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Fekete Nagy) ULÁSZLÓ 2 KIRÁLY
