Ulászló király /Hungarie, Bohemie etc./ meghagyja a szepesi /Scepusiensis/ káptalannak, hogy Warkoch Kristóf Kesmark-i kapitány és felesége: Katalin, Tharcza-i Tamás lánya részére írja át azt az oklevelet, mely a köztük és ezen Tharcza-i Tamás fia Miklós között a szepesmegyei Krompach, Kerezthfalwa, Newrer, Bela és PwzthaErdewfalwa birtokok ügyében létrejött egyezségről szól. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Fekete Nagy).
