A szepesi (Scepusiensis) káptalan előtt Berzewycze-i Ferenc a Warkosz Kristófnak, Kezmark vár és város kapitányának már korábban 80 forintért elzálogosított Szepes megyei Krompach-i birtokrészére felvevén újabb 15 forintot, azt összesen 95 forintért zálogba adja Kristófnak. Datum feria quarta proxima post festum Conceptionis virginis gloriosissime, anno Domini millesimo quingentesimo decimo sexto.
