Buda. Lajos király (Hungarie et Bohemie etc) Sewl-i Etheley Mihály özvegye Potenciána panaszára, mely szerint azt a szepesi káptalani oklevelet, mely szerint Berzewycze-i Zsigmond a szepesmegyei (Scepusiensi) összes birtokrészeit elzálogosította Etheley Mihálynak, elvesztette, meghagyja a szepesi káptalannak, hogy a fenti oklevelet átiratban adja az özvegy részére. Datum Bude, feria quarta proxima post festum beate Anne matris Marie, anno Domini millesimo quingentesimo decimo septimo. Eredeti, 2 példányban, papíron, papírral fedett zárópecsét töredékével.
