Ulászló király /Hungarie, Bohemie etc./ meghagyja a szepesi /Scepusiensi/ káptalannak, hogy azt az oklevelet, mely szerint Tharcza-i Tamás fia Miklóst a nővére: Katalint, Warkoch Kristóf Kesmark-i kapitány felesége nyugtatta a káptalan előtt a neki fenti Tamás Saros megyei Thonkew /!/ várából járó leánynegyedről, minthogy az oklevelet Miklós elvesztette, adja ki átiratban. – Zárópecsét nyomával. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
