A szepesi (de Scepus) káptalan bizonyítja, hogy kiküldöttei: Pál éneklő- és János olvasókanonok előtt Tybaldus fia Leukus lánya Anna, Torkew-i Rykolphus fia Miklós mester felesége lakóhelyén, Kriua birtokon vallota, hogy a Pozsega megyei (Pozoga) Gyleth fia Imre fiai: János, Miklós, Péter és Gelth birtokaiból járó leánynegyedet férjének, Miklós mesternek adományozta. Datum quarto die festi beati Johannis supradicti (ante portam Latinam) anno Domini Mmo CCC-mo LXX-mo tertio.
